50 Years old House and one Acre Property

ts 50 years old house and one acre property .

the main house has 8 bed rooms with three toilets and bath with two kitchens.

and we have a separate hall with attached bath room and a extra toilet outside.

it doesn't have any beds right now but can occupy more than 10 bunk beds.

it has two doors from either sides with iron bars with security.

plenty of fresh air, greenery and sun shine.

electricity supply has three faces. water supply from local municipality.

international telephone line , internet and cable TV available.

we have only one bathroom with hot water.

almost every room has fans and previously we had two rooms with air con.

the garden in the main house is about an ache.we have fruits like, banana, guavas, orange, papaya etc.

two out side sheds in front and in the back side.therefore guest can sit outside and enjoy a drink.

the garden has enough space to build around 5 one bed apartments which i am planning in the future.

the property is in a valley surrounded with mountains.

in front of the property there is a community school , play ground and Buddhist temple.

its a peaceful area and the property is in a high altitude than the main road. main roads and new and Matale town is about 15 minutes drive from main house.

rail way line is 10 minutes drive going to the capital Colombo.

supper market and petrol station is 10 mins drive. local hospital and doctors are in less than 30 mins drive,

main attractions are tea estates, Sembuwatha tea estate and lake, organic farm and Japanese ceramic factory.

other than SIGIRIYA, ANURADAPURA, POLONARUWA, JAFFNA, TRINCOMALEE AND MANNAR BEACH you can stop by matale and go to these attractions.
