“Rooftop bar was dirty and when we sat at the bar we were never acknowledged so after 10 min we left and went to the lobby bar before dinner and was greeted by a rude blond lady bartender. Overall a disappointing experience for the price. We planned to have brunch but after the experience went elsewhere. On a positive note the valets were great”

“35$ daily , no breakfast included, no free wifi. Wanted to have a late checkout and that was 50 an hour… the breakfast restaurant in the hotel waited 1hr for my food to be served and was very poorly prepared. Would never stay here again. Also you get a daily 20 credit that cannot be used on the last day”

“Outside of the excellent Concierge Mathew who is amazing. The stay was less than expected from other Conrad Stays around the country. Again, the exception is Mathew, I would most likely not stay again.”
