"Lovely resort nestled high above the lake with views of the water and mountains. Staff was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant served up an excellent rotating menu with local fresh ingredients. When they say family friendly, they mean it! Pizza parties, craft classes and magic shows are all on tap for the little ones, and there were many staying while we were there. Overall an excellent stay if you don't mind little ones everywhere."

"The best area is the new adults only whirlpool and panoramic sauna which has been built in thr last 2 years. This is more in line with the facilities at lefay dolomiti. The other main sauna and hammam areas probably need a refurbishment. They seem either too hot so cant stay in them long or not hot enough and there are no benches just individual seats in a circular way which means you are facing other people and cant lay down. We really love the warm thermal outdoor swimming pool overlooking Lake Guarda, the comfortable well appointed rooms with balconies overlooking the lake, the lavish morning breakfast and the location right at the entrance of the old city by the castle. It is the perfect place to go spend at the beginning or end of a long trip."

"We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago. Oh how low it has fallen! No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."
