"We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Vanessa at the Front desk. She offered us Champagne and an upgraded room. (The best checkin experience we have had).
The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.
Definitely will return to this Hotel. "
