“Beautiful hotel in the most amazing location. View of the Nahuel Huapi, walking distance to the city center. The room was huge and beautiful, the service outstanding, from check in to valet, breakfast, everybody is super nice and welcoming. Can't wait to return, Thank you!!!”

“The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.”

“The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it.”
