“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“The access to the pool/beach is a little odd given that you have to go through the restaurant, maybe if we stay at the tower next time the access will be better but I will need to ask. The valet also takes longer than most places. Staff are mostly amazing.”

“I love the Carillon. When I need a break it’s my home away from home. Every room is a suite with a living room and a sleek kitchen. The beds are adjustable for firmness. The bathroom has a deep tub. I can relax in my room or at the rooftop pool or on the beach. Loads of gym classes and the saunas can keep you busy. The staff are attentive. It’s my Ahhhhh place.”
