“I never give a perfect rating to hotels because I think there’s always room for improvement but Big Cypress Lodge has changed my mind. I have NEVER stayed at a property that was as friendly hospitable and welcoming as this place, and I have stayed at many Disney properties and high end hotels. The way every single staff member we encountered was kind enthusiastic and wonderful to our 4 year old son & our dogs made this property worth every cent we spent to stay there and we will return.”

“This place was great! It's large with a central shared living space and kitchen. It covers four stories total with a bedrooms on the first and third floor and small game room with patio on the top. It was perfect for my family and we didn't nearly use all of the offered beds. It could hold a much larger group. The kitchen is large and stocked with amenities and there is a large dining table. “I loved area, the location was great! The staff was very attentive. However the apartment itself just needed to be a bit cleaner. I saw a few crawling insects, but from the south it wasn’t a huge bother but it was alerting. And the gas in the stove didn’t work. And the TV inside wasn’t working, as well as the wifi wasn’t working either. And lastly because I came during the cold season, the blankets and bedding provided wasn’t accommodating.
