"Location is great, right in the city center within few mins walk to the landmark places of Yuhuangge. Walking distance to top shops and restaurants
Hotel is very clean. No smell of smoke inside the lobby and elevator.
Gym is new and have excellent equipment.
Hotel front desk is very helpful. Ms. Yang Hui, 杨慧，in particular, helped a family of four. She helped us on calling delivery, info on touring around the city as well as calling taxi.

"I booked two executive rooms for my family at this highly-rated, top-five hotel in Yinchuan, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, from check-in to check-out, the stay was deeply unsatisfactory.
❌ Cold, Unprofessional Service
The front desk staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. When asking about executive lounge benefits, I was bluntly told the lounge was closed and services were moved to the lobby.
