"Everything was great but the room Next door where the woman started conference calls at 4:30am - that was painful .. not sure if she was loud or the walls were thin .. otherwise great service and beautiful hotel. "

"Our room was very clean, loved the fact they had no carpet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. It's definitely a lot more sanitary in my opinion. The hotel felt safe due to not being able to enter without a key card super smart design, wish all hotels did that! Only one small thing was no Keurig in the room, only coffee available was in the lobby other than that it was perfect. I will definitely stay there again or at another one of their properties. Thank you! "

"The rooms are clean if a little dated. But if the decor is not a big deal to you then you're in a good position to save some money, because this is a fine place to stay. I've been here twice and both experiences were great. The front desk staff is nice and handed out treat bags. The parking is ample and free. The room layout (in a king bed room anyway) is excellent, with the bathroom and a...bar sink (?) tucked behind a corner and with a long space to store bags. The water was hot and with good pressure. The TVs are on the newer side, the heating system is an updated wall thermostat, and the fitness room seemed to have newer (if limited) gear in there. The breakfast doesn't have the best of the best (the waffles are eggos rather than a waffle maker, for example). BUT there is a BIG selection of foods. It's way above average and with thoughtful touches like a gluten free area in a separate space and with a separate toaster. Ramen? So many types of bars? Probiotic shots? Yoohoo? Really great! The kitchen attendant was also very much on top of things. We'd stay here again for sure!"

"We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. the staff couldn't have been nicer! We had the king bed room with the in room soaking tub for 2 - loved it. We're an older couple, late 60's, would've appreciated if that soaking tub was easier to get into! For us seniors, it took some navigating to get into and out of that tub. But otherwise, an incredible resort. We had the in room fireplace - loved it!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept quite well. We had breakfast at the Barking frog and it was delicious! We told our waitress we wanted to split a breakfast and she brought it to us already halved on 2 plates! Then, she brought us a small plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with 2 delicious pieces of chocolate! Attention to detail - Love it!! We had a GREAT stay and will certainly recommend!"
