This home has forced air heating, a cozy wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher and internet access. Located at the end of Point Rd overlooking a park with views across the lake to some of the most incredible sunsets. In the summer bring your boat and water toys (boat launch right across from the property). In the winter strap on the skates and play a little shinny on the lake. Endless Snowmobile and ATV trails in the area or if you like hiking or fishing this cabin is close to everything. Family activities include a pickleball/basketball court, darts and swimming, outdoor fire pit (when permitted). The property is spacious with a large kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, and a covered outdoor living area. Note: 2 bedrooms are located in a bunk house separated from the house about 20ft from the front door. The Cariboo Region is one of BC's hidden gems. Just 5 hours from Vancouver and easy to access, 10 minutes off of HWY1. Peace, tranquillity, and a whole lot of fun!
