Outstanding hotel and location

Fantastic apartment /hotel. Really clean and spacious. Great facilities in the room. Very quiet inside. Breakfast quality really is outstanding and I’m no foodie usually. Parking is a bit tight for some of the ‘garage’ spaces (I have a v90) but thankfully I managed to grab on of the alternative spaces in the car park shortly after arriving. Aalst is such a nice and relaxing place with Tower Hotel being a 2 minute walk to the shopping precinct and lots of restaurants and bars.

Of our 5 European country trip, this was our favorite hotel to have stayed in. From the staff, facilities, rooms and services, they were bar none. The breakfast that came with our stay was wonderful! We would definitely choose to stay here again if we make it back that way.

Comfortable hotel stay

Service was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was larger, the shower was great. There is some parking at the hotel but not much. Overall a great, comfortable stay.

Staff were absolutely amazing, Breakfast has a wide range of food on the 6th floor with a balcony with lots of beautiful views. Rooms were clean and well looked after. Car parking was a bit of a squeeze but still managed to park. Will definitely book next year. Thanks to all the team at Tower Hotel.

Great and Wonderful Experience

It was an amazing experience . Hotel location and the great aroma that you will smell once you entered hotel and your room truly amazing. I am really impressed by the aroma and looking to have it at my home including the one related to gel cleansing and shower gel Hotel location is almost in the middle of the hot shopping area which will save you a lot of money for transportation. The only concern is related to breakfast price which is consider too high for a family that looking for a family gathering breakfast.

Nice place

. Nice hotel and good breakfast. We found it a bit far from the centers, whose public transport tickets are very expensive since we are 5, I recommend having a car to explore the nearby cities, but parking in the hotel is very expensive, 10€ per day, which is not indicated in the hotel description. We found it a bit hard one late evening, we asked the reception if it was still possible to order a coffee or a hot chocolate since we froze that night, she told us that it was already closed, we thanked her and went to the room, my husband called us because he was left to park the car, if we want coffee and she told us that she was serving a coffee at the reception, strange! The sliding door of the bathroom in our room is difficult to close. Overall we loved our stay.

I'm writing this review based on questions I had while looking to book. I booked a room for 3 adults. The room was clean and the second bed was assembled, the second bed was a convertible sofa, and although it was a double size bed I think it was only suitable for one person which was not an issue for us. The kitchen area was well set out, the fridge was quite spacious and there were cooking utensils and cutleries available for use. They also provided washing liquid and a sponge. There is parking although we didn't use it. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, There's a park 15-20 minutes from there which I saw on the home page, it was a nice walk and there's a LIDL close to the park which was a nice incentive.

The hotel room itself is great. Some members of the staff were not friendly at all. The hotel has insufficient/wrong info on their advertisement. They haven’t included that you pay €10 per day for parking. And I was told they do not accept any size dog. I arrived with my two small dogs and they said they charge €15 per pet, whereas their advertisement says €15 per accommodation. I was helped by a very sweet young lady to resolve the issue. Not all of the staff were as helpful or polite sadly enough.

Superb!

Absolute gem of a hotel! Easy on site parking, a very warm welcome, comfortable modern rooms with a/c, good shower, spotlessly clean and in a quiet area. I didn't have breakfast as I had to leave very early but I'm sure it would have been excellent! Literally can't fault the place!
