Host was good at communicating. Kitchen items were limited, no kettle and few items for cooking. Front door didn't have a handle, difficult to open and close.

Overall, it was an okay stay, but it needs maintenance. The weather was very hot, and the house was uncomfortable. There was only one noisy fan in the master bedroom and none in the other rooms; we kept waking up from the heat and wished there was AC.In the kitchen, using the microwave and kettle at the same time tripped the breaker, shutting off all outlets and the dishwasher. The large cooking pots were peeled and rusty (unsafe to use), and there were no kitchen hand towels.In the master bedroom, the bedside table was unstable, both lamps were broken, and the beds lacked light bedspreads for warm weather. Lastly, despite being listed as smoke-free, the house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke one afternoon. No one in our group smokes.With proper maintenance, updated kitchen supplies, and better cooling, this could be a much better place to stay.
