This place reminds me of a very cheap motel 6. Even though its non smoking there are many smokers outside their doors. The staff is anti-social and the so-called continental breakfast was only corn flakes and waffles.

There was a ton of parking, but it was also on a weekend where it wasn't a holiday. On arrival the staff did let us in a couple hours early without any additional charges.Which was nice. The cleanliness of the room was okay.The walls weren't wiped down, they had fingerprints on them, And along the doors where you would open or close them, they were dirty. The breakfast was pretty good for just getting a quick bite. Although I wouldn't recommend long term stay here for a vacation, But maybe just a quick overnight, stay.

This property needs work. The sidewalk is a tripping hazard, the toilet had a poop stain on it when we walked in. There was no screen on the windows so we could not keep the windows open for the nice breeze. Check in took 20 minutes,

So many things wrong starting with the management they charge me twice for a room once to Expedia and one through them at Day Inn so now they took $64 after Expedia already took it. I don’t wanna give me my money back. wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. Their breakfast only had like 23 things very bad.

Clean rooms, pool and and property overall. Steven at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Their breakfast was very lackluster and lacking. Everything was so from a box and nothing made from scratch. We would have appreciated something besides premade waffle batter like bacon, sausage or eggs; however, the price was good. Hopefully Steven is paid his proper pay including overtime as he was stuck working around the clock as managers were out of town for several weeks.

Overall, a good hotel for the price. The younger man that ran the night desk was EXTREMELY RUDE, when I called about knowing which internet SSID was the hotel's. He actually condescendingly said "I'm not going to tell you, and have a nice night", before hanging up. I know that staff have to deal with a lot of strangers (I LIVE in Ocean Shores, and just needed a "break"), but he didn't have to act like that. He MUST be one of the owners, because normally people like that would be out the door. Microwave didn't work, displaying a weird pattern. I wanted to unplug and try to rest it, but didn't. Killed about 5 mosquitoes, and one ended up in the refrigerator, to be disposed of in the morning. Not their fault, just the time of the year for them to appear... Spa didn't work, but I have the Community Club, so... Good bed, good rest. Good breakfast. Mediocre staff.

I was caught in the middle of the situation an old man have disagreement with a maintenance guy and both of them was yelling and screaming each other managers and receptionist they thought it was me I got kicked out for no reason The maintenance guy very aggressive he was yelling and causing and swearing like crazy manager should ask the cleaning lady she witnessed the situation I was up above right next to her and everything happened downstairs

The room and the entire building felt neglected. You could tell that guests with pets had stayed there previously and there was a soft spot in the bathroom from water damage. We felt incredibly unsafe and the walls were so thin, we could all hear each other. We stayed long enough to book a different hotel and left. Currently trying to get a refund for how bad the situation was.

Lwt me start by sayin I am not one to leave reviews. However this was a bad experience. Upon check in the employee was rude. He was experiencing difficulties with the internet, which I had known about from going to a previous establishment(it was town wide). That was not a problem for me, as I understand when technology doesn't work how its supposed to, it can be annoying, and even delay your work. However he seemed like we were inconveniencing him. Even answering the phone, and taking a reservation while we stood there. Whenever I've checked into a hotel, yes they might take a call, usually placing them on hold and attending to those waiting in the Lobby. We booked 2 rooms, the rooms had an oder, I put car air fresheners in the ac to help with that, (it didn't work). My room had water pooling on the floor from, I'm not sure where. The hot tub was down and the pool was very murky. The lobby was cluttered and dirty. So we didn't even attempt their breakfast. Would not stay here again. I felt like I was at a pay by the hour hotel motel.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not up to basic standards, there was no orange juice just came out water the pastries had mold on them, and the floors were covered with spilled coffee. The ladies at the counters could have done a little better at customer service. Check in was quick and easy.

I was really disappointed with this stay. The room felt outdated and didn’t appear clean. The bathroom was especially concerning — the tiles literally moved when you walked on them. The pool also clearly needs maintenance. The bedding situation was unacceptable. The sheets on the bed had holes in them, and I ended up bringing in my own blankets and sheets just to feel comfortable. To top it off, the front desk experience wasn’t great — the woman who checked us in was unfriendly and came across as rude. The only positive is that it was cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Office staff was great, pool was great, little cold but y'know it's a pool lol They were fast to fix the shower that sprayed the ceiling, that was nice. But the toilet backed up, and I told the staff that was outside my room, and they brought me a plunger to do it myself. I didn't want to be responsible for it if something went wrong, that was bizarre to me. The heater seemed to only blow room temp air, not hot air so I called for extra blankets, and they brought them very fast so that was great. They did their best with what they had for breakfast. They dealt with a lot of Karen's from what I seen myself. So aside from being told to plunge it myself (only number one in there, no number two lol) and a cold heater, it was a good stay. The office staff was a good chat and helpful with everything we needed, and was great at keeping up with breakfast rushes and pool needs etc. I'll stay there again :) and we saw deer from our window in the mornings
