Fraser House apartments is Located in the heart of the Granite City Centre,on the corner of Union Street and Market Street -It’s a three bedroom home.
Spacious and contemporary in design,the apartment has been neutrally decorated and finished to the highest of standards throughout. 
The accommodation has been fitted with modern kitchen,bathroom and both the living and bedrooms are of exceptionally generous proportions.  
The floors and are connected by a stylish spiral staircase and lift.

Fabulous owner - however apartment underwhelming.

Apartment in excellent location. Had been cleaned nicely. However could really do with a general revamp. Cooker hob cracked, hole in bedroom door, walls and skirting boards marked and unsightly, bathroom damp in areas, toilet pulling away from wall. Absolutely liveable however wasn’t as nice as we’d hoped for considering the price. Owner was absolutely lovely and communication excellent during our stay.
