「This is an older property that shows its age. Wifi is very poor, and in-room technology is a bit dated. We had a non-working exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms, and staff fixed it the day we told them about it. Bathroom light switches are outside of the bathroom, so using the bathroom in the middle of the night shines light on others who are trying to sleep.」

「We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again.
The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night.
The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even...
