A lovely cottage. Clean, well appointed, comfortable and Hana is an attentive host/owner.
If you like cross-country skiing, Abertamy is a central location to access many trails in the region. There is also downhill skiing and mountain biking in the summer. However, the town doesn't offer much else. Sport Hotel and Restaurant provided good food for a dinner out, but I wouldn't recommend the other restaurants. We found Emily House very comfortable, clean and cozy. The fireplace can heat the whole house, which is lovely if you enjoy wood heating. We appreciated Hana's pride in her property as demonstrated by her generous and professional attitude and the overall excellent maintenance of the place. If you want a quiet, cozy cottage to enjoy the region while getting away from it all, this is a great place to do so.

Alles wunderbar!
Hana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, vor Anreise schon in der Kommunikation, bis zur Abreise, hat sie sich immer gekümmert, sehr sehr lieb. Das Haus war wunderbar für uns, 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, alles ist vorhanden, Abertamy selbst ist ruhig, naturnah, genau was wir wollten. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Viel spass für wenig geld 😊
Abertamy ist eine schöne und ruhige gegend...im stil der tschechei...umgeben von bergen und wäldern hat man hier ruhe zum ausspannen...das house emely bot ausreichend platz für 7 köpfe...der aussenbereich ist relativ klein gehalten, was uns nicht störte...wir hatten ausreichend ausflugsziele...die inneneinrichtung war sehr liebevoll und jeder bedarf wurde bedeckt...das vorhandene spielzeug war für unsere kinder schöner als das eigene...alles in allem...wir hatten schöne ostern hier...und kommen gerne wieder...vielen dank für alles

Klein und gemütlich, freundliche Betreuung
Das Haus ist sehr angenehm und in gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist gut und wir haben auch als 7-köpfige Familie nichts vermisst. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gut versorgt. Der Ort selbst ist leider etwas trostlos. Die örtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Aber schöne Natur gibt es reichlich in allen Richtungen. Größere Ort (z.B. Oberwiesenthal und Karlovy Vary) sind schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus
Wir fühlten uns rundherum gut versorgt und aufgehoben. Für die drei Kinder (15, 11, 9 Jahre) war auch alles super. Zimmeraufteilung war kein Problem, Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gab reichlich Holz für den Kamin am Abend. Bei Schneefall war die Strasse schnell geräumt und Skiverleih auch gleich in der Nähe inkl.Loipenzugang. Hätte jetzt das Wetter noch etwas besser mitgespielt, dann wäre auch noch häufiger Abfahrtski für die Kinder möglich gewesen. Einkaufen und Spazieren gehen plus Shopping in Karlsbad auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr angenehm. Alles Gute an Familie Nucova..weiter so!

erholsame Tage
Das Emily-Haus ist ein liebevoll hergerichtetes Haus mit allen erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Eine moderne Heizung und ein kleiner Ofer ließen uns die regnerischen und stürmischen Tage gemütlich verbringen. Wir schliefen super in den neuen weichen Betten und haben nichts vermisst. Bereits vor unserer Anreise bekamen wir von Hana wertvolle Tipps und auch während des Aufenthaltes war sie immer für uns erreichbar. Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Gut gelegenes Haus mit allem, was man braucht
Wir verlebten eine aktive Woche im Erzgebirge. Der Kamin wärmte uns, wir schliefen in den oberen Räumen sehr ruhig. Das Hauses bietet alles, was man in einer zentralen Lage benötigt. Hana kümmerte sich trotz Abwesenheit um alles kleinen Dinge. Nur zu empfehlen!

We had a great time in this clean and tidy, fully equiped house
From the first contact, Hana (home owner) was very friendly, and always answers fast. She sent us some links and information about the surroundings prior to our trip. We experienced a warm welcome and kind and very fast service for a minor issue. We were very pleased to see how much toys and childrens needs Hana provided for our young son. We had a great time, and felt at home. The house was really clean and tidy, very important if you travel with a small boy who likes to discover the world! The house is somewhat older, but beautifully and well renovated. It has three bedrooms, one of those is only accesible through another, which is no problem if you stay as a family. It is fully equiped with supplies you wish as a young family (dish washer/washing machine/microwave etc.). There is a parking spot directly in front of the house. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Emily house!

Cosy house in beautiful area
Our family (2 adults, 3 children) spent two weeks in summer here. The house was cosy and clean, and Hana, the owner, was great. She supplied us with everything we could need for small children and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. She speaks excellent German & English and gave us helpful tips for activities in the area. Abertamy was a great base for hikes and day trips to destinations throughout the Ore Mountains on both sides of the Czech-German border. Although the area may be best known for skiing, there was lots to do in summer as well. The house was well-equipped with everything from WiFi to a nice sandbox to a washing machine. One of the bedrooms is a connecting room and might be awkward for couples, but for us it was nice because it helped the kids feel secure in a new place. We had a great time and hope to return, maybe in winter next time!
