Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Electric underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Welcome pack.. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking. No smoking.. Bryncrwn Cottage is a spacious conversion of a traditional Welsh farmhouse set in the hillside. Every room of this superior dwelling boasts uninterrupted views of Aberystwyth (5 miles away) and the Cambrian Hills. The detached holiday cottage has been tastefully renovated and decorated to a very high standard. The en-suite master bedroom has access onto the patio area. The cottage is ideally situated in a secluded position on a working sheep farm, only 3 miles from the coast and a short drive into the rural town of Aberystwyth. Perfectly located for discovering the beauties of both North and South Wales. Shops and pub 3 miles.

Excellent property

A lovely cottage with great views over Aberystwyth. Very clean and warm. Hot tub was a great attraction and our dogs loved the heated floors ! Though a little off the beaten track, Highly recommended
