Super endroit

Nous avons passé un court séjour au Kafolo lagoon. Accueil très chaleureux, personnel souriant à l’écoute. Parc très calme reposant, les animaux sont magnifiques et bien traités. Seul bémol les tarifs à la restauration. Extrêmement cher. Pour exemple le poulet a 18000 franc cfa

Surprisingly Unorganized

The organization is .... We booked a suite that was actually booked already. We realized this upon arrival at the site. They gave us the other suite (since there are only two) and told us that "God works everything for Good since it's the most expensive suite". They had the same cost online by the way. Bed sheets were just nasty. Requested a change which happened in a timely manner. The restaurant and bar close @ 5:00pm , they never told us that until 600pm. We ended up bargaining with the chef to cook us something after the regular hours. The staff wasn't communicating at all. One tells us this and the other something completely different. The site is in fact very beautiful and it's the only thing that holds me back from giving 0 stars There aren't any activities but looking at the animals ( ostrich mostly ) . The boat and jet ski parked over there are private. I'll let you fill in the dots of the first sentence , enjoy !

Site surprenant avec de nombreux animaux dans le parc! Accueil très sympathique! serviables et service sans reproche! Améliorer le Wifi souvent absent! Aménéger les chambres de petits plus: cintres, pause valise, bureau adapté au travail, lampe de bureau, prises multiples pour travailler et recharger les batteries! Cadre trés agréable et paisible! Personnel très serviable!

A nice resort with a natural feel. The hotel could use some sprucing up but it has a lot of character. The communication for english-speakers is limited to the manager which caused some minor issue but the staff tried their best to assist. Since the location is quite a distance from Abidjan, it's best to rent a car. Transportation is limited without it.
