I noticed that I had a missed call and phoned back at 255pm on the day of arrival. I was informed that because I did not answer when they phoned that my reservation was canceled. Check-in time is 3pm, why in the world would they have canceled my reservation because I didn't answer their call???!!! The room was very dirty, stains on the linen, dirty bathroom, stains on the shower curtain, VERY DIRTY ice bucket, multiple flies in the room and several other bugs were seen and killed. The only positive remark that I have is the AC worked very well and that was the saving grace for this stay.

I find it very unique that I found the biggest cockroach in my room. I really hope this motel gets renovated. I don’t see myself staying here the next time I book a motel.

The other reviews that say good stuff must be very old. The staff was rude, room was dirty, nothing extra, beds sucked, bathroom gross, loud, smelled of pot, very loud guests, just in general not worth the money. I wouldnt stay here again if it was free. We felt very unsafe.

My experience was terrible. The room was filthy, and the bathroom was still extremely dirty. The shower water was stuck, and there were horrible stains everywhere. The reception staff went through the rooms to check on our belongings, but they didn’t clean or do anything. They only brought towels once a week. I had a camera installed, and the first two days were spent cleaning, but not exactly.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If you have another option do it. Arrived for a business trip of 17 days 2 rooms. Both rooms filthy on arrival. Bugs, Roaches and not just the kind that’s alive. Cig butts on floor. Broken furniture. Stains on everything. Broken locks. Missing fire detectors. Broken pool. Roof falling down. This place should be condemned. We left due to major health and safety concerns. They did refund partial. But not entire partial amount. Do not do business with them. Expedia also failed on this by first listing them as an option and second by not refunding us properly.

It was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Thebone double bed had some red substance on the sheets. The hotel send a refund back to expedia but told me i had to go to expedia for the refund.

Our room was listed as non smoking. Only cigarette buds were under the bed and i had ashes on the bed that i had to dust off. The toulet didnt look like it had been cleaned in a while. The floor was dirty with hair everywhere.

This is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were sticky, it smelled back, and there were cockroaches. I was so disgusted i slept with my clothes and shoes on and left as soon as soon was up.
