「I enjoyed my stay @ Beach Rotana. It was really comfortable & relaxing. I was able to enjoy the outdoor view & dining. It’s quiet over looking the small bay but you also have the mall close by. At night when I missed the taxi I walked back from the bigger mall & it was safe. Enjoyed the many highlights of Abu Dhabi!! ✨

「Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.」
「1) After getting my key to step into the room, the room was still dirty and not yet clean.
2) At about 3:00 a.m. during my stay, the reception wrongly issued the room key to another party and entered my room.
This hotel was extremely poor service and very old. I will never visit it again!」
"We stayed 3D2N at the Sheraton. We arrived very late on the 1st night, got arranged to a room which we think might have been one of the worst rooms of this hotel. It was on 1st floor, facing the chimney of the G/F restaurant, next to the 1st floor public toilets. We could hear musics playing from the lobby. The reception got us another better room subsequently and it was much better. The sofa was a bit dirty, could still see hairs left behind. The shower water leaked through thr shower door, making the floor wet. Other than these issues, the room was okay. Pool was nice and had a private beach to it too. However, the ocean view was heavily blocked by a new high-rise building right in front of the hotel."
