「Bad smell in the room, bed sheets didn’t look or smell clean, they had crumbs of some sort and looked not changed! had to get extra sheets from the front desk and sleep on my own pillow, no blackout curtains that cover the windows all the way, just two pieces on the side window had a bright light on the outside! Light was shining all night Stairs in the hotel were very filthy with all sort of stains Beds were smaller than a queen sized bed in my room」

「Not a great stay. Room wasn’t very clean and our tv didn’t work. Sort of what I expected for this caliber of hotel, but I’d be much more forgiving if we didn’t pay $350 for a night. The lady at front desk was excellent however, so friendly and accommodating.」

「The hot tub was not working which we were very disappointed. From what I gathered it’s not been working for awhile and no one has fixed it! Rooms were very humid and damp with a strong smell. The doors in the rooms had paint all chipped off and looked horrible! I would say they really need to work on the maintenance of this hotel! Would I stay again? No!」

「The room was clean, quiet and a good size. Bed comfortable. Breakfast fantastic! Several items to choice from including hot and cold choices. In all the hotels I’ve stayed at, have never had a full breakfast served and in very short time. Staff awesome, very friendly and helpful. Grounds were well kept, pool was not large but comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, happy we booked here.(PS very short drive to beautiful Youghall Beach).」

「No bath products in our room. We called and they were delivered to us . But the system for dispensing the soap and shampoo were pumps to be mounted to the wall and they didnt mount them. Very inconvenient to use. No chairs on the balcony. We kind of felt like we were the first people to use the room and no one checked prior. Housekeeping brought lots of fresh towels and coffee but our room was never thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom.」
