「The hotel was very filthy. The carpet looked decades old and clearly hadn't been cleaned professionally since it was built. The hallway and the elevator was had a stale smell like old people retirement home. There were no fan to circulate the hair and I had to hesitate taking the elevator. I stayed in room 327 when I walked in I knew I made a mistake booking the hotel, you could tell the sheets were not crisp and clean you could tell it was not washed from the previous customer. 「Room was clean although bathtub had hair in it… something under the coffee table… person who signed us in brought us to rooms at the very end of hotel eventhough we told him the room we wanted.. then he advised us that rooms had not been cleaned yet… but I did insist (nicely) which room we wanted & he didn’t seem pleased but he opened it & it WAS CLEAN… (I’m still scratching my head)… 」

「Excellent endroit, bien situé. 5 étoiles seraient attribués si les chambres étaient un peu modernisées alors le rapport qualité prix est un peu plus compatible. Le restaurant, par contre, est un EXCELLENT rapport qualité prix. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était fantastique et serviable.」
