This company took our money for five two-bedroom apartments. Traveling with kids, we called a week before our arrival to confirm that the rooms were ready. However, upon arrival, they sent a junior employee to inform us that they only had one two-bedroom unit available, leaving us with eight one-bedroom rooms and suites. Despite promises to provide what we paid for the next day, it never happened. These companies are not held accountable by Expedia. Once they have your money, it’s up to Cozy to issue a refund. Be cautious. We also found roaches in two of the rooms, and customer service calls went unanswered.
