“酒店安全安静，舒适度很高，周围环境也很漂亮，停车很方便，服务态度很好👍室内设施齐全。”

“We booked it because on line it was a rate 9 and we thought with that rate, they would have a fridge in the room and they did not so we had to get two buckets of ice to keep our medication cold . it was a disappointed. Needed help with the TV and front desk said she had no one. Try to plug our phones in to charge them and the strip did not work. The room did not look like what they post of the pictures online.”

“The bathroom toilet had a small leak . Breakfast was not good . The waffle was good but everything else was not.”

“The hotel is probably the nicest in Texarkana. The bed was comfortable and the hotel smelled really good. Breakfast was good (and included) and the bar was decorated in a cute tiki theme. Friendly staff”

“Nice new hotel next door to Olive Garden. It was nice staying in a brand new hotel. Staff were friendly.”

“The staff on duty during our staff were amazing! The property inside and out could use cleaning. Elevator floor was dirty and outside trash was full ashtray overflowing and cigarette butts all over the ground”

“Easy to find but parking lot was dark. The young lady at check in was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable.”

“The room was basic but clean. Bathroom was clean. The outside property looks rundown and you probably wouldn’t want to spend a week but for traveling it’s great.”

“Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was very good, however the rooms smelled bad, the carpet was dirty, smelled like wet rag, I got two rooms and both smelled bad, they switched one of them but the other one also smelled bad, had to spray a lot of Febreeze. Only one elevator working, took like 15 minutes waiting for elevator each time.”

“They ask for a $60 deposit when you check in. Doesn't tell you that on the website. Felt. It's a bit strange. Not the safest area s f not many places/ restaurants to eat at. Mostly fast food. Probably not going to stay at this place again”

“Bare bone but it did the trick. Room was clean, bed was soft. If you want amenities, probably not the place for you.”
