"Arrival and departure at the property was inconvenient, cumbersome, and stressful. Particularly on departure. Pickup and drop-off was at a key box located in a cafe about a 10 min walk away and the cafe personnel are of no help. All assistance is via mobile chat and we experienced a technical malfunction upon departure to the airport which was very stressful. Apartment has 3 separate doors to entry and is 4 story walk up. "This is not an Aparthotel. It’s a normal appartment, no reception and it was not possible to reach anybody to try to change the booking. The apartment was much smaller, than it looked on the pictures, and the upper level on the Maisonette is really just a crawlspace. It wasn’t so clean, several things need to be repaired. Overall it’s just very overpriced, even for paris standards and the worst thing is, that it pretends to be an Aparthotel, but it’s not."
