The best of the hotel is its location. The subway is in walking distance; it is close to the museums. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave good advice about the city. There is a happy hour in the hotel with free drinks between 4pm and 6pm every day. The stairs to the rooms are steep; you need to be able to navigate them.

charming but we were on the 5th floor- no elevator and the narrowest steepest stairs ever. But- that’s Amsterdam for you. the hotel staff were all helpful and the room was great. Updated and spacious bathroom. floors a little dusty throughout but it didn’t bother us.

The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam. The rooms are generally comfortable and well-appointed. There is a dedicated space for work and meetings—an excellent perk! The staff is stellar.
