"The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Disappointed that they charge for parking now. We had ask for a room not next to the elevator but we right next to the elevator."

"J…. At the front desk was cordial and professional. I was checking in my disabled sister and her disabled housemate. I truly appreciate his above-and-beyond service. He provided extra pillows as my sister cannot sleep when lying flat. Also, my sister does not read and write beyond first-grade sight words. When I alerted him that I was sending pizza delivery, he insured that the pizza went to their room. I truly wish that I had written his name in my journal. I do recall his name began with “J”. Thank you J and thank you Hampton by Hilton. Be well. Patricia B."

"The staff was so very kind. I stayed while driving through during a winter storm of ice that had knocked out power to 100,000 people in Nashville, Tennessee. It was much appreciated that I could stop before Nashville in Clarksville and have a restful stay. I enjoyed chatting with the staff. I felt safe and the property was in good shape with cleared entry to the hotel when I arrived to park and unload."
