The staff were very polite and welcoming, and the facility was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. I would recommend visiting on weekdays, as weekends tend to be busier and more crowded. Aside from that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the city.

不滿：設施服務
I booked two family rooms for our stay, but the overall experience did not match the price. One of our rooms did not have a phone to order room service, and we were provided with insufficient towels and no face towels. Having visited several other countries, I have received much better service and amenities for this exact same price point. The cost simply does not match the level of room amenities provided. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which included a great selection of local foods. Overall, the stay was just okay, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Kuriftu Resort & Spa Bishoftu. The setting by the lake is beautiful and peaceful, the staff were warm and attentive, and the food was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the water park for the full three days. A perfect place to relax and recharge—highly recommended!

Vielen Dank!

Room was clean and loved all the servers but the policy of the property doesn’t really make any sense. They don’t allow you to bring in towel to the water park but they don’t also provide you with one. They make you pay extra for the seating area as well. The spa front desk was rude.
