Really good location 5 mins walk to beach. Apartment has everything you could need and the complex was nice and quiet. Pool nice, but too cold to use at this time of year (as they are everywhere if not heated), but pool bar still open and very reasonably priced. Our host, Sebastian, was very helpful and answered any questions immediately.

The host was welcoming .some of the amenities were very worn out ie bed so hard and old settee old and hard and falling to bits .toilet seat very loose. No key to pool area and could not get in or out our gate on occasions as owners kept shutting the gates around complex . 1 bottom sheet across two single beds and one single duvet sheet each with no duvet to put in it . No hidden extras but never said in details that you need to pay for air conditioning to work at 1 for 20 ish minutes definitely a hidden extra. 1towel and 1hand towel each for two weeks . No cleaners as previous reviews have said for the two weeks and the floor so dirty as previous reviews also have said . Now the good , Great location Good shower Good washing machine Very quiet in apartment Especially at night when sleeping Very small front balcony but big enough to have a coffee outside and in the sun Clothes dried out side in back balcony but no sun at all and not private as people can walk into your area with no security so keep door locked.Close to beach slight downward hill to beach but only 3 min walk which was great.Lots of restaurants in area .Taxi rank 1 minute away .With a bit of TLC this apartment could become really good ie new beds as previous reviews New settee . weekly cleaners who now how to clean a floor . Extra bedding and towels . And a key to get into pool area and obviously same key to get out of pool area without asking someone to let you out of the gate near the apart

Very central to beach and amenities

it’s our 4th stay in Costa Adele and we usually stay in Santa Maria but enjoyedFanabe with its busy restaurants and cafes! Seb the owner was excellent at communicating with prompt directions and check in details! He also recommended Supermarkets, Market and restaurants! I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Central Apprtment

This apartment is situated in a perfect central location within easy walking distance to the beach (200 metres) and a host of bars and restaurants. Yucca Park complex is a well maintained and quiet place to relax and enjoy yourself during the day with a friendly pool bar aswell. Highly recommended 👌

Quiet and relaxing

We did enjoy our stay at yukka complex, but were lead to believe that it was a different apartment by the photos online. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not really up the standard. But on the whole the complex was clean lovely and quiet but maybe the apartment could have been a little cleaner and updated .. Thank you

A week in Adeje

A cozy and airy apartment with a small balcony which had the sun in the morning. A larger area at the rear of the property that you could dine Al fresco and with space to hang out your washing.

Tenerife apartment

The location was good and local to all restaurants and the beach. The apartment was very spacious but could of been cleaner (cleaner floor). The beds were uncomfortable because of the firm mattresses. The owner was very informative and helpful and sorted out a safe key for us which was at an extra cost of 15 euros per week. The complex is well maintained by the pool area and the pool itself is kept spotless. We would use this complex again as it’s very local to all amenities.

Super Lage (ruhig + nah zum Strand, 2 Terrassen), sehr gepflegte Anlage. Apartment an sich sauber, könnte aber Pflege vertragen: Küche mäßig (Vormieter hat Küche z. T. schmutzig hinterlassen, Pfannenbeschichtung war abgeschabt, Messer stumpf, dafür Waschmaschine fast neu). Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Mit etwas Mühe könnte es rundum super sein...

Brilliant location

The Yucca park complex is clean and well maintained but it's location is its prime asset. On leaving the complex you have a good selection of restaurants and it's just a short walk to the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small patio off the main bedroom and a larger patio off the lounge. The apartment is well maintained and appears well equipped although we don't do much cooking so can't be positive although I did notice that some of the pans weren't compatible with the induction hob. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was excellent. The complex has a nice pool area and there were plenty of lounges although some were past their best. We would definitely consider staying here again.

THE OWNER

The owner never did send us any details of the apartment.If he had we would not have gone. No cleaning.no Clean Towels No clean bedding. Had to wash your own.I e mailed the owner after the first week and he did engage a cleaner. The apartment was also double booked ? we certainly will not be returning and from what i can gather no one else does.
