Elegant lobby design, friendly and professional staff. The only issue was limited room service options (dinner only available 5:30-8:30pm, and nil gluten free options outside of this time).

The female concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and despite the mattress being quite soft, the bed was actually very comfortable. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of all main events/locations. Would definitely return when next in Adelaide.

Nice boutique comfortable hotel but showing a little age in places. Good central location. Great bed and TV, & short lift times! Staff are a bit aloof, no help with bags on arrival, no parking onsite but nearby. Overall, would probably stay again
