Perched high above Belair, this studio offers a true “above the world” escape, with sweeping views stretching from Glenelg to Mount Lofty. Begin your mornings with coffee on the private balcony as the hills come to life, spend your days exploring Belair National Park or the shopping precincts of Mitcham and Blackwood, then return to unwind in the stylish living area or sink into a relaxing bath. All this, with the city just under twenty minutes away—close to everything, yet wonderfully removed.

Set high among the treetops, this beautifully designed studio welcomes couples or solo travellers with an immediate sense of calm and elevation. The living area is warm and inviting, featuring a plush two-seater sofa, a cosy fireplace for cooler evenings, and a smart TV for relaxed nights in, all framed by expansive glass doors that capture breathtaking views. Split-type heating and cooling ensure comfort in every season. The kitchen is sleek and practical, ideal for making quick meals paired with the outdoor grill. It features a full-size fridge, electric hotplate, and coffee pod machine, along with a cosy dining area perfect for relaxed mornings.

The sleeping space is centred around a striking, eccentric queen bed, styled with soft textures and ambient lighting to create a restful retreat. Ample wardrobe and hanging space add convenience for longer stays, and the bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a walk-in shower, deep soaking bath and a spacious vanity, finished with refined, modern touches.

Step outside to the generous private balcony where outdoor seating and a BBQ invite you to relax while taking in panoramic views across the hills and towards town, an unforgettable setting from sunrise to sunset.

This upper-level studio is accessed via steep stairs. A dedicated parking space is available directly in front, though the driveway is shared. The studio is self-contained with its own entrance and forms part of a larger home, so occasional noise from neighbouring living areas may be heard.

The property has no WiFi and limited cell reception, inviting you to fully unplug and embrace the moment.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
