Eine vielbefahrene Straße verläuft vor dem Haus. Leider sind die Fenster nicht sehr schalldicht und morgens ab ca. 5:30 Uhr startet der Berufsverkehr. Dazu befindet sich direkt unter den Zimmern der hauseigene "Biergarten".

今回レンタカーを借りたため、駐車場が無料で付いている場所を最優先に探していてここにした。よかった点は駐車場が無料なことと、部屋が広いこと、大通りの向かいに最低限の生活用品が揃う小さいスーパー、薬局、飲食店があったこと。悪かった点は、施設の構造とロケーション。施設は一階がバーレストランになっており、夜ずっと音楽とネオンと話し声が部屋まで聞こえてくること。フロントもレストラン内にあり、用事があってフロントに行く途中、アジア人だからか、レストラン客じゃないからか、スタッフに不審な目で見られる。初日、シャワー室の排水からかすかに下水の臭いが上がってきて、シャワー室に入ったら吐き気がしたこと。ベットからコンセントが遠く、スマホの充電を枕元でできないこと。空港がCity（中心部）を挟んで反対側にあること。帰りが早朝の便だったため、前日のレンタカー返却や帰りの空港へのアクセスが悪くUberの値段がかさんでしまった。次からは中心部か空港側で探したい。土曜日朝6:00の便で帰る予定だったが、金曜日の晩ホテル下のレストランでは夜の12:00までライブをしていた。早く寝たかったのに、騒音と振動で布団をかぶっても寝られず、本当に困った。金曜日当日にそのライブがある旨お知らせの紙が一枚部屋に置かれており、その中にうるさかったら窓をしめての一言。もちろん窓を閉めてましたが、十分うるさかったです。

I liked the price! Normal motel value, not ridiculously inflated prices because of events in Adelaide! Didn’t like having to climb in bath to have a shower!

I suppose I was expecting more when I saw the great reviews for this property. I was staying with my elderly mother and it wasn’t really an appropriate choice for us. Though some of that may be my fault. The parking was often difficult, the restaurant a bit pricey and the room not well laid out for our purposes. Perhaps if I was with younger companions I may feel differently. I did miss having a microwave though the jug and crockery provided was a nice touch and made it easy to have cereal and yoghurt for breakfast. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower hot and strong so overall it was fine.

Comfortable and clean
Great place to stay, comfortable bed, clean with nice shower. The rooms are not modern but still nice to stay in. The restaurant is lovely too.

First iMpressions count....receptionist was surly on check in . he really could not be bothered with even a greeting .No instructions for parking No instructions for internet Not a great start to my stay. Bed super comfortable and room quite spacious although not ready for my check in, just finishing the clean as i arrived, after 2 pm checkin gardener started the whipper snipper 7.30 super annoying Unlikely i would consider again

Walkers Arms Hotel is a Gem! My husband & I had a very comfortable stay for 9 nights. We were from Perth and wanted to see as much of Adelaide as possible. This Hotel is in a lovely location and we looked forward to returning to our room at the end of each day. We have travelled extensively and this Hotel is up there with the best of them! Our room was extremely clean, had a decent size TV and a sound system in the bathroom. The shower had great pressure. Room was serviced every day and if we passed the room service staff in the corridor, we were always greeted with a smile and wished us a good day. Biscuits were left in the room each day for us to have with coffee, and also a complimentary bottle of water left in fridge. Such gestures are rare these days, it was very much appreciated! There was plenty of parking and we usually managed to park in the small covered carpark for Hotel guests. There is a good restaurant on site for dining indoors or out. McDonalds and a Fish & Chip shop are across the road. Walkerville is a lovely area and is about 8-10 mins to CBD by car. No waiting for the lift like other places we have stayed, the highest floor is 1st floor which contains all accommodation. This hotel exceeded our expectations and I would like to say a big thankyou to all the happy and friendly staff!

One of the better suburban hotels.
Just overnight because I had an early flight. Everything I needed and good location for me. Quiet room although could not get curtains closed completely so had light coming into the room. Handy having the hotel and dining facility downstairs. Excellent staff.

Stayed in a spa room which was spacious and quiet. We had a booth booked for the AFL Grand Final. Area at the end was great and the food very good, The only downercwas the sun glare on the tv made it almost impossible to view the fame unfortunately.
