Willunga House - A Scenic Wine Region Stay

Perfectly positioned to explore McLaren Vale, this welcoming retreat offers a relaxing base between vineyard visits, long winery lunches, and scenic coastal drives. The living area provides a comfortable place to unwind after a day out, with a generous sofa set beside the woodfire for cosy evenings indoors. A large TV and relaxed seating add to the easy atmosphere, while the nearby dining table seats six for shared meals and conversation. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and a casual dining nook, making everything from morning coffee to evening cooking simple and enjoyable.

Glass doors open to the covered outdoor entertaining area, where vineyard views stretch across the surrounding landscape. An outdoor dining setting and BBQ make it an ideal spot for relaxed evenings outdoors, while the fire pit and garden create a peaceful setting for quiet nights under the stars.

Three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms offer restful spaces at the end of the day. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and TV. The second and third bedrooms both feature double beds and scenic outlooks. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and walk-in shower for a refreshing start or relaxing soak after a day out.

A separate laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities adds everyday convenience during your stay. There is plenty of parking for vehicles, though please note that undercover parking is not available.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourselves. While the surrounding grove and vineyards are private property, their beauty adds to the charm of your stay. We ask guests to respect our lovely neighbours and enjoy the natural splendour respectfully. Please make yourself at home!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
