「The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown.」

「Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay. Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred. Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking...
