「This was a perfect spot for our family of 7 to stop on our way south for spring break. The farm is beautiful and the animals were adorable. The hosts were just as sweet as could be and made the experience for our kids even better by letting them pitch in and teaching them the animal care. 「This place is very charming. It was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved hanging in the basement with its own tv and pin ball table. We also enjoyed making smores with the fire pit. It took us about 35-40 minutes to get to horse cave, but we are used to those commutes from where we are from. It was a short drive to the nearest town for restaurants and a Walmart. Mark was very helpful and the check in and out process was very convenient and easy. 」

「There were six of us and only five available bedrooms in the main house. Though there are beds over the sunroom, I was afraid of going down the stairs at night. That is such a nice room but the makeshift runner on those steps seemed like a trip hazard. I can only imagine the upkeep costs of this house, but you may want to consider redoing those stairs. Also, the tall beds need little step ladders. I do not mean to be unkind, but I imagine others may have the same thoughts. I do appreciate you...

We should have immediately been refunded 1/2 a day as we did not have use of it half the 1st day. The game room was in complete disarray and had not been cleaned either. The dart board was broken and on the ground and the entire place was filthy. Based on the lack of cleanliness of the place and the fact it was not cleaned from the prior reservation we should have been refunded...

「The apartment was clean and nice! There were plenty of dishes and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. Location is convenient. It was quiet for us. No extra soaps or shampoos though. The host doesn’t actually communicate with you like a real person, it was more automatic robotic communications. Also the washer was full of old water and I did not know how to drain it out. Overall we had a great stay! 」
