"The hosts were great and great communication. The villa was beautiful and set in a quiet location overlooking the hills. Everyday the farmer would move the sheep which was nice to watch. The villa had everything we needed. We requested the pool to be heated which it was for our arrival. This meant we were able to swim in there this time of year as without it we wouldn’t be able to get in the pool. If you do use the pool in the cooler months please cover it up when not in use as we didn’t and our bill was big. We have enjoyed our stay so much we booked again before we left. We are looking forward to our return "

"The list of issues is so long that I am not interested in providing a detailed report and i wasn't going to spend my holiday time taking photos. If you visited the property it would be obvious that it is tired and in need of renovating.Upon arriving there were several initial ones which were rectified. However they shouldn't have occurred if the property was maintained to a basic standard.For example. More light bulbs were out than worked. One light fitting was taped up and dangerous.The lock on the bedrooom patio door was broke(unable to lock it), weeds around the pool, which had not been cleaned. Rubbish around the pool from previous visitors. Broken wooden gazebo, crumbling wood. Very poor quality throughout the property, decor and utilities. Shower curtain rods not fixed, prone to falling down when used.Everything had a make do and mend feel. No as described or as in photos which would have been taken when it was new.The list can go on.Certainly wouldn't recommend."

"I cannot emphasise enough what a wonderful and truly amazing stay we had at villa Triteos. We were nervous at first due to the location being a little bit further out than we are used to but this actually added to the experience and meant we got to see the true beauty of the small local communities in the smaller less touristy villages. The villa itself is only a 10 minute drive from Polis and there’s a fanstastic taverna (water mill taverna) where we ate regularly which was around a 5 minute drive and also offered take away but the star of the show is the bbq area at the villa so you won’t be without choice! Debbie is a truly amazing host and gave us excellent advice and insight into where to go and do various activities during our stay. The villa was a home from home, very well thought out and the outdoor space is unlike anything we’ve experienced staying in other villas in Pafos! We are already looking to book again next year. If you are looking for a villa with a homely touch and amazing value for money for a couple or a family plus the added bonus of being owned by a wonderful local family, look no further 李"

"The property from the outside is oustading. The location perfect for those who wish to have a more secluded stay. We booked the villa based on it 5 star rating in particular for cleanliness however it unfortunately didnt live up to expectations. Our main concern was the rat that was living in the house we could see the entry point in the kitchen cupboard and located the nest outside the property . The owner was informed and told us where to locat a rat pad which had no luck. Pest control were eventually called. Now we appreciate being in the country rats and mice could come into the peoperty however it was living in the house. The entry point was sealed however their was rat droppings in the cooking pans and under the sink. We caught the rat by hand in the end when it crawled over my husbands chest when putting two of my children to bed. The owner came and cleaned the kitchen once again. The rat also was eating the food on the counter tops leaving us no choice but to store all foods no matter what they were in the fridge to stop us getting unwell. The house hadnt been deep cleaned as promised as in the owners words the turn around was very quick and 12 guests had stayed the night before . The oven was filthy and so was the microwave . Showers are in desperate need of re sealing as there was mould in them and one leaked. Toilet brushes were covered and tissue and excrement (owner bleached them when she foubd out) . There was no gym as the description promised. Needs TLC"

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay! Accommidation suited our family well - 5 teenagers who are well past sharing bed phase! We had couple of issues throughout our 10 night stay - the electrics went and one of the AC units stopped working. Both occasions the owner responded quickly and efficiently. The rlectric tripped due to plugging kettle into wrong socket. Maybe a wee label on the correct socket? The accommidation was clean and comfortable. It is remote so car is needed. The owner came to check the pool etc twice during our 10 days and gave gifts of produce from his farm. The water chiller was absolute heaven! Views amazing and sunsets to die for. Loads of villages round about (drivable not walkable) with taverns where you can get very reasonably priced meals. We did big shop in polis which is sbout 20 mins drive away.
