The Magnificent Villa Melandrina is an exceptional and rare jewel on Aegina isla


An outdoorsy approach that doesnt compromise with the cozy and colorful indoor living space inspired by Asian interior design.
The upper floor features a living room that is decorated with elegant and
comfortable furniture, combined with an open-style kitchen and dining area, features
large windows and terraces overlooking the pool and the sea, offering a spectacular
panoramic view of the Saronic gulf from any part of the house.
A master bedroom and two more similar bedrooms have their own ensuite
bathrooms and private terraces leading to the pool area.
One more master bedroom is located on the same level with the pool, a spacious
living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a playroom that promises countless hours
of fun.
The concept of the property features a very open-air approach with various options
for any time of the day, be it a swim in the infinity pool, a moment of relaxation
reading through a novel under a pergola with breathtaking views, or a meal in one of
the two outdoor dining areas, all of them offering a beautiful scenery as the perfect
background.

Amazing villa on perfect island

Wonderful home in a great location on a small, easy island. House is fantastic—clean, spacious, well-apppointed. Amazing views, beautiful pool, great kitchen. Six minute walk to Marathonas beach for swimming, restaurants, good grocery store. Adventurous, fun walk or 10 minute taxi ride to Perdika or Aegina port town. Accommodating hosts, wonderful stay, we hope to be back someday!
