"We had an excellent stay at Athens Gate! The staff were amazing! The breakfast was amazing on their beautiful rooftop terrace looking out at the Acropolis, and the location was unbeatable! We highly recommend staying here!"

"This hotel was wonderful from the staff to the breakfast to the room-- all was great. Walking to several archaeological attractions is doable, but will take a good 30-45 minutes. Getting a taxi/Uber is affordable but keep in mind the parking in front of the hotel is a challenge for them. The rooftop restaurant here is delightful!!! The hotel sits between some major traffic roads but the noise level is extremely minimal because of how the rooms are designed. We did not have an Acroplis viee room which was fine by us but our friends did & the view was great from their room. If you don't do a room with the view, there's always the view from the rooftop restaurant/bar."
Divani Palace Acropolis

"We were in Athens for a few days for a weightlifting competition. We were very happy with out stay at the Divani from the location (close to the Acropolis and the large shopping and dining area to within a 10 minute walk to the Hill—another great area for dining and drinking. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, well maintained, with just the right amount of amenities for the cost per night. We were especially pleased with the service. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive and every day they delivered boxes of water and cookies! What a treat. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding. It was well laid out, everything was delicious, it was available until 10:30a and the staff, again, were the kindest and most helpful. Lastly, I would be incredibly remiss if I did not mention the rooftop restaurant—the Acropolis Secret Restaurant. It was absolutely outstanding. The food, the view of the Acropolis lit up at night, and the waitstaff were top notch. If you are reading this review, and think you want to dine there, make a reservation pronto. It is well known and loved and it fills up fast. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Athens."

"We booked Pireaus City hotel since it was very close to the port for our Celebrity Cruise the next day. Staff were very helpful and courteous as we're fellow travelers. The location is very close to the Port, the area is business residential , it was a Sunday, so notihng open for dinner nearby. We were able to order grilled ham & cheese sandwiches, delivered to or room,"
