Centrally located holiday home in Store Rise, between Ærøskøbing and Marstal, on the beautiful island of Ærø. With 123 square metres of living space and 1900 square metres of land. Two bedrooms with plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes, a kitchen with a bright separate dining room, a living room with a play or reading corner and a light-flooded conservatory. Kitchen equipped with new appliances, such as microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. The garden offers plenty of space for games and cosy get-togethers. There are also apple trees, pears, plums and a mulberry tree, which invite you to snack. The bus stop is about 100 metres from the house. Alles top

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Landschaft um das Haus ist sehr schön und beruhigend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
