Eagle Beach- Waterfront, Large Beach, Next to Shangri-La
- Single Family Home. Waterfront with large gentle shoreline and panoramic lake views. A special property adjacent to Shangri-La Hotel with restaurants and entertainment only steps away. Walking distance to the Marina, Hotel, and The Anchor. Only 3/4 a mile to clubhouse/ golf course. Private courtyard with swimming pool and hot tub with fireplace. The stunning two story foyer and kitchen feature hand hewn style beams. Over the top custom kitchen with seating for up to 12 and multi-layer quartz counter tops with high end appliances. Custom smooth hardwood floors and iron staircase. The premier waterfront location at Shangri-La. Pool and Hot tub are closed seasonally and open at the beginning of May. Please ask about early check ins/ later checkouts as we can usually accommodate them, and are happy to do so!
