High standing apartment located in the Marina, the unmissable place of Agadir. You will find nearby (within a radius of 100 to 200 meters) all the key factors for a successful holiday: cafes, restaurant, beaches, private pools, spa and Hammam, etc ...

This spacious (95m2) apartment will immerse you in the Moroccan atmosphere with its decoration and warm colors. The rental is ideal for a couple or a family will find their comfort with the equipment and furniture necessary to feel like at home. It consists of a large bedroom, a spacious living room and two bathrooms.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people if needed. You will find there in terms of equipment, plasma TV, satellite channels, wifi for internet. The kitchen is equally equipped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery

Most of this apartment, its large terrace (20m2) which overlooks the Kasbah and the mountain of Agadir lit in the middle of the night. You can enjoy your meals in a relaxing atmosphere with a surprising view of the Kasbah.

At the bottom of the residence you will find the swimming pools (3 are available in the complex) and you will also have the choice of finding a private beach 400 meters from the residence. You will also find a superb Spa / Hammam and beauty salon 5 minutes from the apartment if you wish to try the best Moroccan cosmetic treatments.

The apartment is also located 20km from Taghazoute, which is recognized worldwide as a surf spot.

Jolie appartement, tout à proximité .commerçants, piscine jolie vue sur la.montagne surtout le soir , proche de la mer. Possibilité de faire du bateau et bateau pirate . Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur de la marina, quartier chic et très sécurisé. Tout y est proximité ! Petit plus la boulangerie tafarnout au pied de l'immeuble! l'ambiance est paisible, belle decoration d'intérieur est très bien équipé idéal pour une famille ( lit bébé à disposition) chambre spacieuse, de très belles salles de bains. Un grand merci au papa pour les bonnes adresses et l'accueil chaleureux !! C'est sur nous y reviendrons!

Trés bon séjour ..au top
L'appartement et tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce . Bien situé , à la Marina .. proche du port de pêche ..des commerce ... et de la plage . Bien surveillé , on y trouve des gardiens a chaque entré de résidence .. taxi juste à coté ( pour dans la ville prendre un taxi rouge ..avec conteur allumé , cest beaucoup moin couteux ) .. ne pas se précipité sur les activité proposé par les rabatteurs le long de la plage .. bien négocié . Je vous conseil la vallé aux oiseaux qui est gratuit .. ainsi que crocoparc hor de la ville .. cest un taxi blanc qui faudra prendre (prix a négocier ..pas plus de 200drh..allé retour) Il y a aussi le souk al had ..en taxi rouge avec conteur pas plus de 20drh l'allé.. et prené le temp de visité et de négocié .. il y a de tout .. surtout si vous souhaitez acheter de la nourriture .. il y a fruits et légumes .. pain .. et viandes .. ou le magasin marjane Sinon voila au top .. si je retourne a agadir c cette location que je reprenderais sans hésité .
