Clean hotel, friendly staff. Dining room and pool were overcrowded resulting in a less pleasant experience. Shower wouldn't work properly. Hotel location good and public areas were attractive. Facilities such as complimentary beach towels and private beach area wirg sunbeds were good.

We stayed for 5 nights, were originally given a room that was dirty and smelt horrendous - reception acknowledged and allowed us to change rooms although the room we were changed to did not have a sea view which we paid extra for.. they said this is all that was available and agreed to change rooms to a sea view room the next day when available. Eventually got a room we were relatively happy with but did not receive one night of peaceful sleep as loud entertainment music from bars/other hotels nearby could be heard until very late every night! We were left with no towels every morning after housekeeping would take them for laundry but not replace until much later in the day! Paid for half board (no drinks or only one bottle of water for dinner included!) but although meals tasted okay we were soon put off from eating at the hotel restaurant after experiencing constant dirty dishes and food poisoning symptoms! However, children still enjoyed the pool and entertainment provided, pool water was not warm enough for me!

We came back from a fantastic stay in Agadir and Argana hotel. Our room was a quadruple family room which was clean and like the pictures. The staff at the hotel are extremely hardworking, especially the cleaners and the restaurant staff. You may see comments from other guests commenting on the restaurant and food on the floor etc. However this is not staff problem, this is a guest problem. It is such a shame to see guests take so much food and leave them unfinished as well as leave tables and floors in such a dirty state. Food wastage by guests is so shameful especially given the poverty in the surrounding areas of Agadir. The cleaners and staff try their best to keep up ! Other than this, the food was good of a decent variety that you would expect from an all inclusive. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly by the cleaners to a good standard. My only complaints about our stay: The gym requires a payment to use which I've never heard of, it's always been included anywhere we've stayed. Towels were also chargeable for the pool. Music at night time would be quite head thumpingly loud up until 2am, however I'm not sure if this was due to the nightly programme or the night clubs near by. Other than this, a busy, lively hotel overall. Agadir itself is lovely and this trip was a lovely experience for me and my family.

We had great time there perfect location environment lovely staff beds are very comfey room was bit small for us even it says its quadruple room but not a big issue only problem never get sitting for breakfast long queues for waiting ti get table and then times up for breakfast they ve more ppl and small place for dine . Option for food is not alot but its decent . Building is old but they still constructed new area and adding more things would definitely recommend and stay there in future. Nice and clean im very happy over all.

Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out.

LOCATION - Not bad. FACILITIES – Very bad, in fact worse. BEACH - More than 15 mins walk from the hotel. No private beach access. only a small sitting area for customers on the beach where they have around 15-20 deckchairs (sunbeds). RESTAURANT – Always a long queue from getting a table to getting main meal items where they serve in our plate. Sometime when you take on food item in a plate and by the time you had to wait in a queue for another item, the first food item gets cold. No food options for Indian or Pakistani. STAFF – Reception staff not very helpful. Restaurant staff & door security are helpful. ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS - Great. Only thing we enjoyed. NOISY - You can hear music in the room until 12am to 1am, despite of shutting the windows. OVERALL – Average hotel. I wont go again. MY EXPERIENCE: Disappointing family stay – multiple service and room failures Stayed with my wife and 3 kids. Check-in was incredibly slow, and reception always had long queues. We were given the wrong room initially; the toilet space was too cramped to sit comfortably. Worse, the water supply failed 3 times in 12 hours. At 6:30 AM, we were left with no water and told no maintenance was available until 9:00 AM. Room phones were ignored 6 times. After complaining via Expedia, we were moved. The new room had a nice pool view, but the phone was a disconnected "dummy" and the shower hook was broken, leaving the hose on the floor. Moving 5 people was stressful. AVOID.
