“I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hotel is in a convenient location, not far from both the beach and the souk market, and having a 24-hour gym was a big plus. The staff were amazing throughout my stay—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The only downsides were that water tended to spread across the bathroom floor after showering, and the lighting in the room could be improved. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. “I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards……

“Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel, we had a great time relaxing at the pool and took a 10 minute walk towards the promenade. We also used the parking lot included in the price. Breakfast is rich and tasty, incl. live cooking with eggs, omelette etc. A nice touch was a Moroccan tea served at the breakfast as well as at the check-in. Check-in was smooth and friendly, we were warmly welcomed by Souleiman. We had 2 connected rooms with a partial sea-view and pool-view. One of the rooms……

“The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.”

“Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several……

“Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. ”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
