「Overall, we had an OK stay, but there are several areas where the hotel could improve. The reception staff were efficient but not particularly welcoming. In contrast, the valet staff were outstanding. One gentleman in particular was always smiling, friendly, and went out of his way to help guests, making a real difference to our stay. 「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel est impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Chaque membre de l’équipe fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et de nombreuses petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Timoulay, une chambre spacieuse, élégante et très confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter du calme, et la literie est d’excellente qualité, garantissant des nuits...
