Welcome to the "Residence de la Plage" residence in Cap d'Agde.

Your 5-room apartment for 8 people with an area of 80m² is composed of:

- Stay with double sofa bed and television;
- Large fully equipped loggia;
- Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils;
- Room with double bed (1x2 persons, 140x200);
- 3 bedrooms with two single beds 90x190;
- Bathrooms with shower, washing machine and separate toilets;
- The beach residence in Cap d'Agde has a free outdoor parking lot (Parking No.: 27).

The residence "Residence de la Plage" is ideally located:
- 400 meters from the nearest beach;
- 400 meters from the nearest supermarket;
- 300 meters from shops and restaurants
- 1 km from the port

Bed sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
- End of stay cleaning: 150€
- Sheet set: 16€ / bed
- Pack napkins: 12€ / kit / person

A security deposit of 500€ is required upon your arrival.
Note: Maestro cards, American Express, checks, and cash not accepted.
