「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. 「The room was very clean and quiet and the aircon was amazing. Wonderful temperature for sleeping. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. The on site bar was great, with a casual vibe and plenty of chairs and parasols given the heatwave. We will definitely be returning.」

「BED BUGS!! ended up with multiple bites. No air conditioning. Restaurant food was poor, burger was over packed. Not worth the money based on experience!! 」

「We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.」

「Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.」
