「Everything we needed for our stay in a beautiful, quiet part of Crete. The room was clean, there was a kitchenette and the owners were lovely people, very warm and kind. I would highly recommend and definitely go back」

「We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended」

「The hosts were wonderful, friendly and very good cook. Plus, he is a fabulous musician playing the luth after dinner and singing with his wife for our delight! The setting in the wilderness of the high Cretan mountains was a discovery for us. Highly recommended to discover traditional Cretan hospitality.」

「A fantastic place to stay. If you want to have a small Greek village experience, you will love this hotel’s location. Yet, it’s an easy drive to several ancient sites and the cool town of Matala. Small family run restaurants are within a short picturesque stroll. The locals are friendly and welcoming. The small village has shops and everything you need for your stay. The local wine is delicious. We had the top floor suite with a private outside area with incredible views of the sea and...

「Wir waren zum zweiten mal im Avra. Es sind die nettesten und herzlichsten Gastgeber unserer gesamten Rundreise. Zimmer sind top gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück, auch ohne Buffet, mega! Immer gerne wieder」

「Struttura molto accogliente e tranquilla a 2 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia più vicina. Particolarmente apprezzato il giardino e la zona piscina. Letti comodi e spaziosi. Pulizia effettuata quotidianamente. Unica pecca, per chi sceglie l'opzione colazione, viene servita in un'altra struttura sulla spiaggia per cui è necessario recarsi in auto.」

「Très bon accueil. Appartements au calme. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées, la literie est confortable. Un lit parapluie est disponible gratuitement sur demande. Climatisation fonctionnelle. Uniquement accessible en voiture. Le village d'Agia Galini est situé à 5 min en voiture.」

「Das vielseitige, fantasievolle, abwechslungsreiche und superleckere Frühstück, das auf dem Zimmer serviert wurde (vllt weil wir in der Vorsaison da waren). Der große, gut möblierte Balkon. Der sehr zuvorkommende Zimmerservice. Das Spa. Der Pool war noch nicht befüllt Ende März, dafür gab es mehr kostenfreie Spa-Zeit. Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Zimmer, obwohl kleinste Kategorie, sehr groß und mit vollständiger Küche. Alle Menschen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 」
