「Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. 「I came to Cali Resort as a solo traveller and I had an incredible experience. The hotel is lovely (room, pool and other areas in general). I also have to commend the staff for their wonderful 5* service throughout my stay. I felt safe and well taken care of. 」
