The house, is located less than a hundred meters from the sea, with a western exposure capable of offering unforgettable sunsets. It is surrounded by a well-kept private garden with a large fresh water swimming pool. A large sunbathing area develops around the pool, while the upper terraces, partly covered and partly open to the sky, host the outdoor dining area, the summer kitchen and the relaxation areas overlooking the sea.

The internal spaces of the villa are divided into three functional areas.

First of all, the vast open space of the living area, with the large American kitchen island bordering the relaxation area, equipped with a comfortable work&study corner, and which opens onto the double panoramic terrace.
A few steps separate this living room from the main sleeping area. Here we find the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, access to the pool area and sea view; the second double bedroom with private bathroom, sea view and overlooking the pool, the twin bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, on the lower floor we find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with two beds.

Villa Lua conquers us right from the first approach - the elegant pedestrian access in monolithic granite slabs that crosses the garden, the spectacular swimming pool, the plateau of panoramic terraces.

Naturally, the house is equipped with a long list of accessories and comforts that will make your stays even more pleasant and carefree - air conditioning, fast wifi, induction hob, full size oven and fridge, espresso machine, coffee machine, 'water, professional barbecue.

On request a fourth bedroom for service staff on the lower floor.

Access to the residential park is allowed only to residents or guests accredited and quiet and privacy is protected by the active security service 24 hours on 24.
