“If I could give this place more stars, I would. We didn't meet an unfriendly staff member while we were there. They were all so great, and they made us feel so welcome. We had some trouble with our card because my number had been stolen the night before. They made sure that we were still able to check-in, and when we needed anything, they were extremely kind when bringing it to us. “We had an incredible experience at this two-house property, which was the ideal setting for our celebration and our large group of 30 people. (22 stayed on property) The layout was perfect, with plenty of sleeping options, and the addition of a charming bunk house gave us extra space without feeling crowded. “Beargrass lodge at Heavens Peak was a great place to stay. It was clean, organized and well supplied. We arrived after normal check in hours but Trudi was immediately available and responsive when we arrived, with goodies! She made sure we were settled and comfortable. The lodge is in a location where we were able to drive to all parts of Glacier Park. My only complaint would be the freight trains, to no one’s fault. One of the extras provided were ear plugs, which I didn’t understand at……

“Our stay at the chalet was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful everything was. "Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
